QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Ultimately, it is the ECS Security personnel who are going to provide the service to the end user.
Our philosophy is to encourage all personnel to obtain and maintain the highest standard of training and qualifications as outlined earlier in the proposal.
Personnel are also required to study and be fully conversant with our in-house procedures manual and AS4421 Guards & Patrols.
Senior members of ECS hold regular site evaluation meetings with all major clients as required and personally monitor the standard of service being provided by our guards. Random visits to all our sites are an important and ongoing part of their duties.
Our priorities are Safety, Security & Service without compromise.
COMMUNICATIONS
All guards carry two-way radios linked to our 24-hour control room. As a back up, mobile phones are also carried. We have chosen
Motorola as our service provider who claim to have the most rugged equipment on the
market. Trunked radios are used so that it is impossible for a third party to listen
in.
Further, we selected the MTX 800 series radios that have a mobile phone network interface. These provide us with the opportunity to speak to individual guards in privacy if required.
24-HOUR MONITORING STATION
ECS operates its own 24 hour Base Station. Special features of the base station are that the database may be remotely accessed from any part of the world via a Note Book, PC or a stand alone PC by authorised users.
The central computer may be programmed to dial a nominated modem number and download information within seconds of an alarm being activated.
Our computer can also be linked to a guard’s pager so that he/she is automatically and immediately notified of an alarm condition at any premises within their jurisdiction.
Twenty-four hour site response is also available.
RESOURCES
ECS currently employs some forty full-time security staff plus a further twenty-five part-time staff in the provision of relevant support services. Our management team is made up of four senior professionals plus an administrative staff of two full-time and two part time personnel.
